Hay, I’m Anastasia. This is about my horse and what I have to say about Curly horses. My horse's name is *Cuervo he is a palomino/pinto curly horse.

I am very allergic to regular horses, but not Curlies!

Curlies have changed my life. Since I was a little girl I have been infatuated with horses, but could never be around them because of my severe allergy. When I met *Cuervo, my beautiful Curly gelding, I fell in love. Surprisingly, I didn’t react to him. Halleluiah!!! *Cuervo was bought immediately and I have had him ever since. Since then our Curly population has grown and my mom has been breeding Curlies. What an experience it has been. From birthing a foal (by myself!) to riding a stallion, I’ve had the opportunity to do quite a lot of things.

*Cuervo and I have been together for quite awhile now, coming up on 8 years. We have been in everything together, 4H, Pony Club, Endurance riding, Dressage, Jumping, Trail, lessons, the list goes on. Recently I have been riding other horses as well, *Sandman and *Tessa. I have been using *Sandman for dressage work and *Tessa for trail and endurance, but still love riding my boy *Cuervo. I must say, it is wonderful to get on the back of my best friend and have a blast. After awhile of not riding *Cuervo he surprises me with his level of training and how well he responds to me. It makes me so proud that I, with help from my mom, have trained *Cuervo mostly by myself. And not overlooking the obvious, he is very beautiful. I have his pictures plastered all over my room, my photo albums and my clothing. He also recently won a photo contest and is on the front of a Curly calender!(One of my Christmas presents). Truly, this is a lifelong relationship that I will never tire of. Love ya pal!!!
