2018 Curly/TB (appaloosa coloured) mare. *Lily has one copy of the Curly gene KRT25 – inherited through her sire line. *Lily is a great grand-daughter of our own *Sandman’s Magic.
*Lily is a typical “in your pocket” type Curly personality and oh wow is she athletic! She has done a ton of ground work and is currently well into her saddle training.

Moon Shadow – 2021 smooth coated Curly bred mare. Shadow is a hypoallergenic, smooth coated Curly – she is half sister to *Moon Lily (above) they have the same sire – her mother is a purebred Welsh pony. Shadow is a lovely, grulla coloured mare with appy markings. She is well into her ground work to become a great riding pony – she is a confident young horse and will really be a fun one when under saddle!

Jaunty Light Serenade – 2023 smooth coated, fullbred Curly yearling. Jaunty is drop dead gorgeous! He is out of my very top riding mare *Sandman’s Serenade and he is sired by none other than my wonderful, special pony stallion *Firesides Little Joey.
Jaunty is currently 12.2hh, he will mature to at least 13.2hh, perhaps a bit more. A perfect size for adults to train and then for kids to enjoy. Asking $4000.00 Canadian for Jaunty – he is delightful, curious and so pretty!
DKH Lacey 2004 s/c Curly mare, she is a from the Curly stallion *BNC Andee and her dam was a Hanovarian/QH.
DKH Lacey is ICHO registered, and she stands 16hh, she is a true black.
2011 Lacey produced the lovely, BIG, Curly filly, sired by *Sandman’s Magic *Shantilly Lace
2013 Lacey produced a really exceptional BIG, black Curly colt, sired by *BCF Icon.
2014 Lacey produced another really exceptional BIG black and white Curly colt, he is the image of his sire *BCF Icon. This colt was sold as a long weanling – *I’m Too Cool!
2015 Lacey produced yet another really exceptional BIG black and white Curly colt, *I’m Top Hat is possibly the best foal I have had born here to date – he is truly exceptional in every way. This colt was sold to Arizona as a stallion prospect.
2016 Lacey produced *Shosei (show-say), means to soar and star in Japanese, he is a full sibling to *Shantilly Lace (seen above).
2017 Lacey produced yet another black and white colt with *BCF Icon.
2018 with *BCF Icon produced another black and white colt!
2019 grulla filly sired by *Sandman’s Magic.
2022 bay colt, sired by *Sandman’s Magic.
2024 bay filly, *Soleste, sired by *Sandman’s Magic – this filly is available for sale.
I may consider selling Lacey to the right home. These larger Curly mares are very hard to come by – Lacey is big, bold and beautiful and she is known to throw exceptional quality foals that have a lot of size. *Lacey is currently open and could be bred to *Sandman’s Magic in the spring of 2023.
Lacey had very little handling when I got her many years ago, but she has come along very well. She likes people and loves to have her face rubbed. I believe she could easily be trained to ride now.

Java! SOLD
Java is our 2018 smooth coated pony mare from the two Curly ponies *Firesides Little Joey and **Skipper’s Cocoa Express EB.
Java is just 10.1 1/4hh. She is a lovely bay, tobiano, silver dapple colour. Java is professionally trained to drive – she spent 4 months with the wonderful Kay Veinotte in Maple Ridge and as such she is a solid driving pony now.
Winter of 2023 Java went to spend some time with a friend and her kids and she did some saddle time in the snow and mountains. She is green under saddle, but accepted a rider easily – with her solid driving training the transition will be easy.

*Jasper is a 2022 full bred, Curly coated pony gelding. He is a full brother to Java (listed above). With his full sister, *Jasper will make an amazing team of well matched hypoallergenic ponies!
